Breakfast, Lunches and Dorset Cream Teas

All our food is freshly prepared to order, using the highest quality locally sourced ingredients where possible. We do all-day farmhouse breakfasts, traditional home-cooked hot lunches, ploughman's, baguette melts and home-made soups, and a good range of vegetarian food. Don't miss our fabulous cup cakes and traditional Dorset Cream Teas made with local jam and cream and scones baked right here in Stalbridge.

We also have lovely coffee supplied by Hawkins of Devon and a great selection of Clipper teas, as well as hot chocolate and chilled frappes, smoothies and soft drinks. As we are licensed, we can also serve a selection of wines, ciders and beers to go with your meal.

We welcome children!

Children of all ages are welcome in the cafe. We have an extensive kids menu and we can organise organic baby and toddler food as well so bring the whole family. Teenagers will enjoy sinking their teeth into our chunky baguette melts while the younger ones can choose from pasta with tomato or pesto sauce, fish fingers or sausages. Our tiniest visitors can be seated in our high chairs and will receive a Dikes bib to wipe their fingers on.
